Reed & Pick is a vertical manufacturer of household textiles, based in India with 35 years of experience in manufacturing and exporting home textiles from India.
We are a fully integrated unit with manufacturing facility to produce Bathmats, Rugs, Cushions and Outdoor Home Textiles. We have our own Dyeing, Weaving, Cutting, Stitching, Coating and Finishing facility, helping us maintain an over 95% on-time delivery. We have a strong in-house testing lab and stringent process controls to maintain the quality standards as per customer requirements.
We are further supported by an extensive team of in-house and freelance designers , who are continuously involved in the process of developing new designs and textures.

Established the company in 1972 at the age of 20. He has been instrumental in guiding us to setup new manufacturing facilities and improve our sourcing capabilities for raw material and fabrics.
Kapil Aggarwal
President
Bachelor in Marketing and Operations Management from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. He has worked as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting in US, where he has worked in various different industries analyzing manufacturing process flow. His main responsibility in RP has been to develop new product lines and establish long term partnership with our customers.
Priyanka Aggarwal
Vice President- Merchandising & HR
Completed her Masters in Personnel Management from Symbiosis, Pune. Her primary responsibility includes planning and developing merchandising strategies and collaborating with buyers and suppliers. Additionally she is responsible for developing and maintaining company policy on production processes and Quality Control systems.
